If You're Having Problems Re-Installing Epic - Try This!

To update Epic or check if there are any new updates, you can always click on the blue Epic menu, then "Help", then "Updates". Many Epic users have, though, uninstalled Epic then re-installed Epic to update. As mentioned above, this shouldn't be necessary. Also, if you uninstall Epic, you'll lose your bookmarks and other data. So it's always better to update. If you're having problems updating, please contact us.

If you've uninstalled Epic and are having a problem re-installing Epic, try this. Windows 7 and Vista users, open any Windows folder, then type "%appdata%" in the address bar and press enter. Or in the Start Menu, type "%appdata%" and press enter. Then look for the folder "Epic". Now delete this folder. For Windows XP users, follow the same procedure but you have to delete the folder "Epic" from both the Local and Roaming folders (which are inside appdata).

Now try installing Epic again. If this doesn't help, please contact us.Thanks as always for your support.
